Veuve ClicQuot 10 Anniversary Polo Classic Live Stream

Challenge // How do you share the feeling of the Veuve Clicquot 10 Anniversary Classic Polo match with those who can't attend?
Solution // We created a live stream featuring our host Lucy Hale, from Pretty Little Liars, and our master of ceremonies, Neil Patrick Harris with special guest Alicia Keys. Through a combination of pre-shot content and content captured live we created a 1 hour package that focused on lifestyle, fashion, the brand, the polo match, and a special performance by Alicia Keys.
Role // I helped to pitch and win the work from Havas Media. I worked with my team to concept and create the pre-produced content and to design the content we'd pick up on the day. I sat alongside our editors day of to ensure everything we got mapped to our creative vision and to our clients real time feedback.
Results // The event was live streamed on the New York Times website and received considerable traffic day of and in the subsequent days after the event.
